VIDEOJET PRINTER MODEL 1710 SMALL CHARACTER

Late model Small Character Ink Jet Coder-Model 1710, manufactured by VideoJet. The printer uses high-contrast, pigmented inks to create bright, clean codes on surfaces for which dye-based inks are not effective, such as colored glass, rubber tubing, plastic cabling and dark paperboard. Designed for up to 5 lines of print with a single print head at production-line speeds of up to 888 ft/ min. Small character printer with a character range from less than 2 MM to 10 MM in single or dual lines of print. Various font matrices(depending on lines of print) and bar code fonts. Keyboard has 72 numeric, alphabetic, and special function keys. Includes a print nozzle, and umbilical. USB compatible Communications: Ethernet & RS-232 Serial. Machine is currently installed as part of a powder filling line and is being used as a bottom coder. It is 100% working great and under a maintenance contract, just decommissioned it since company purchased 3 new Domino coders. It is set up with orange colored ink presently.
