NEW 2022 Colamark Labeler Model A 101 wrap belt system with a 200 MM wide belt, wrap belt and pressure plate design will provide an even and consistent pressure applied to the side panel of the bottle while the label is wrapped around and applied to the bottles maintaining a +/- 1.5 MM placement tolerance. Bottles enter the in-feed conveyor of the labeler then are separated via an adjustable speed metering wheel providing the appropriate gap between bottles, A photo eye triggers the labeling process to start, Bottles enter the labeling station where the leading edge of the label is applied, bottle enters the wrap station where the label is firmly affixed via the rotation belt and stationary wipe-down pressure pad, Bottles exit the wrap station, Speed is 75 BPM – 115 BPM dependent on bottle size, Container Diameter Ranges are 1.75 dia X 6” H, 2.5” dia X 8” H, 1.25” dia X 6” H 1.6” dia X 5” H, 1.5” dia X 5” H, & 3.5” L- 5.5” L X 1.5” H, comes with 8” Servo labeling engine, Four Casters, Axis Tilt Head, Touchscreen Control HMI, Top Chain Conveyor 114 MM, Variable speed Metering Wheel Assy, Adjustable Wrap Belt/Pressure Plate Assy., operation Manual and Tool Kit. 110v/1Ph/60hZ.
