Imaco Group Tube Filler with Tube & magazine Feeder, this model SPX 432 was manufactured in 2010, unit runs plastic & Laminate and comes with 3 sets of tooling for different size tubes, the tooling was last running the following Tubes, 16 MM, ran 2g & 4g Tubes of Rx topical ointment, 25 MM, ran 15g & 30g fills basically 1 oz fills, 40 MM, ran 3, 4, & 5 oz fills of therapeutic OTC creams & Sunscreen, the Tube Feeder and magazine only worked with the 2 larger sets of tooling, the smaller tubes were fed by hand and had no issues, Hot air & crimp station to seal tubes, unit also comes with embosser for lot/exp code in the seal area, the tube filler registers the Tube Via Photo eye to ensure the seal is aligned with the Tube graphics, 208 Volt/ 3Ph/ 60 Hz/ 14 Amp/ 24 Volt DC control volts/ 4 kVA/ 90 psi required. Unit comes with operating manual. Just removed from service.
