NJM/Jalbert Beltorque Model BT-IC Inline, stainless steel, belt style capper & tightener, with cap feeder rated from 30 to 300 containers per minute – depending on material and application. Cap size range: 0.9″ to 4-3/4″ OD, Container size range: 0.5″ to 7″ OD and container height range: 2″ to 12″. Equipped with 30″ long x 1/2″ wide double container gripper belts. Unit currently set up for 2 1/4 inch high snap caps, Control panel has A/B controller with panel view and touch pad controller with vari speed controls, Light bar and e-stop, comes with Cleated cap feeder with 36″ long x 24″ wide x 21″ deep stainless steel cap hopper with flip top cover, cleated belt conveyor with 7/8″ high cleats set on 3″ centers and 80″ discharge height. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
