ONE Liquid filling Line consisting of a Kaps-All fills all, Overflow Gravity mode or Pressure fill mode It is not a piston filler, this Model is a 10-Head FA-PG (Gravity and Pressure Fill Option Modes), highly versatile filling machine in both viscosity and size of bottle fill, water like viscosity to medium viscosity oils, overflow style able to handle foaming products, as well, minimal use machine/exceptionally low hours with only nutritional fill history. Very nice to have both styles. We also have 2 pumps for the machine, unit will come with, all materials for fully functional in either gravity or pressure modes (pumps, manifold, reservoir) included, Complete Filler (see multiple pics), with controls, on locking casters, 2 pumps — Return pump and pressure pump (see pics), Front guarding, Manual, 8 foot like new conveyor (plastic belt conveyor), Fill Heads number, 10 heads, 3/8- 1 set of fill heads. Line comes with a CAPPER MANUFACTURED BY Kaps-All Model GA6; THIS FULLY Automatic CAPPER IS capable of speeds up to 200 BPM. Equipped for cap size range from 18 mm to 70 mm. SINGLE gripper belts, this is a C frame portable unit on castors that can be pushed up to existing line or conveyor, unit comes with a cap feeder, Bottle feeder consist of a Pace Model M-250 AR, (Air Rinse) Serial #1933 with Bottle Elevator, the line will have Interconnecting Conveyors and a NJM Labeler UNI 300 VA SO58-DOM 2012 with Printer.
