One used kettle manufactured by Fermentation Design from AllentownPA. This S/S 150 gallon holding kettle comes with an 18 inch man way on top and a dished bottom. There is a 3 inch valve for discharge and the straight side measures 33 inches long. The kettle has a fully jacked shell that has a maximum PSI of 50 @ 300 degrees F. Unit is on casters for portability.
