ONE USED Pharmafill Desiccant Inserter model PS-1. Unit has a PLC controller with digital touch-pad operator interface, brushless DC step motor drive, and pneumatic operated knife assembly. Ready to roll up to existing conveyor. Made of durable stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Product capacity is 1/4 gram to 5-gram packets on a continuous strip spool. Spool Capacity is 11.8 wide x 3 ID core x 18.1 OD, rated from 80-100 cut packets per minute. Adjustable height from 66-76. Electric’s and air requirements are 120v, 50 PSI air. Foot print is 20 wide x 30 deep. Approximate weight 250 lb. without spool.
