One New CVC Automatic capper model 1205. Unit has a capping speed up to 120 bottles per minute (speed may vary depending on easiness of cap placing). Applicable for large bottles with diameters up to 120 mm. Standard or special cap elevators are available to meet customer’s requirements. World’s unique successfully developed Capping Torque Setting Mechanism: . 4 pairs of capping spindles perform additional tightening operations to the caps, ensuring proper capping for those caps with special screw threads. Touch Screen Control Panel. Stainless steel construction. Safety front panel for operator safety. Meets cGMP requirements.
