One pre owned cartoner. Manufactured by Jones. This unit is an automatic vertical continuous motion cartoner. The model is a CMV5. Unit comes with a GMP all Plexiglas safety enclosure. Operates with PLC controls. Unit also has embossed code with automatic Infeed, and out feed conveyor. Vertical tuck style cartoner. This unit is capable of up to 120 cpm. Set on 5″ centers. The carton range of this unit is 1″ – 4-1/2″ long x 3/4″ – 4-1/2″ wide x 2-1/2″ – 8″ deep. Extended frame has 8′ of load area on each side. Electrics are 3/60/230 volt, 13.9 amps. The controls Electric are 120vac/24vdc. The dimensions are O/A 4.5’ wide x 15’ long x 6’ high.
