ONE USED 30 CFT. GEMCO DOUBLE CONE BLENDER, Features all stainless steel shell formerly in pharmaceutical service, shell is 56” ID and driven by bull and spur gear arrangement from falk gear reducer belt driven by 3 horsepower motor @ 1755 RPM yielding final shell RPM of 14.5 (per MFG.), 1.5 horsepower loading motor from Gemco Matic system rotates at 1.5 RPM, all drives are 208-220/440/3 phase, 18” manway with single piece cover with single post swing mount (removable), 18” discharge with pneumatically operated Gemco standard swing value, mounting for Gemco Matic system and all pneumatic piping and controls exist on blender, includes 110 volt discharge vibrator, painted steel stands and some guarding is required. OAD 56” deep X 9’ Wide X 69” to centerline of shaft. formerly used in nutrition manufacturing.
