One pre owned Cap Retorquer. Manufactured by Kapsall Model G-A2 presently set up as an all stainless steel 6-spindle retorquer or cap tightener. Fully automatic and capable of speeds up to 200 BPM. Equipped for cap size range from 18 mm to 70 mm. Double gripper belts and air clutch assemblies. This is a C frame portable unit on castors that can be pushed up to existing line or conveyor. GMP Plexiglass safety guarding included.

The Kapsall G-A2 can be converted and used as an automatic capper by adding 24″ SS centrifugal bowl feeder model FSRF-24, and cap chute with rails. Manual included. Electric’s 208 Volt 3 phase 60 Hz.
