This unit features stainless steel contact parts, 1 ½ face x 8 diameter rolls, axial groove rolls, stainless steel front cover with feed slot (removed for photos and videos), 1 hp variable speed vertical feed hopper with stainless steel 1 ½ diameter feed screw, speed dial to control feeder from 0 to approximately 300 rpm, 3 hp main motor for rolls with 2 speed design, fast and slow push button controls, amp meter for feeder, amp meter for main motor, pressure gauges for roll pressure, mounted electrical panel, 240 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz electrical with transformers mounted at base/rear of cabinet, air over oil roll adjustment system with horizontally mounted cylinder accessible from rear of machine, maximum pressure of rolls is 40,000 psi, output of material up to 300 lbs. per hour.
