CVC & KALISH 24 LANE ELECTRONIC COUNTERS ON ONE DUAL LANE CONVEYOR
CVC Technologies 12 Lane Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counter- Model CVC 1220- 12 track, 3 Tray Electronic Counter, along with a Kalish Swiftpack ONE 12 Lane Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counter to make a 24 lane electronic counter. Both units are entirely made of Stainless Steel, both come with Vibrating product hopper, Syntron vibrators which sit under the 3 trays, of each unit along with vacuum pick-off, discharge funnel and 24 optical counting heads. Each come with their own control panel which can be set for speed, count, pre count, and vibrator settings, over count detection, container back up, no bottle or no air. Electric’s: 1/60/220 volts. Units come with a CVC Dual lane Conveyor with indexing,& Extra Drop funnels for different size product & bottle openings. Inspections are welcome.
