Compared with the Model CVC 1204, the distinctive features of the CVC 1205 include:
1. Cap tightening torque is settable, bottle having insufficient capping torque
is automatically rejected.
2. 4 pairs (1 additional pair if compared with Model CVC 1204) of capping spindles
ensure positive capping of each bottle when performing high speed capping.
3. Applicable for large bottles with diameters up to 120 mm
4. All control settings are made from the Touch Screen Control Panel.

Standard or special cap elevators are available to meet customer's requirements.
World's unique successfully developed Capping Torque Setting Mechanism: Cap
tightening torque can be set to meet the different torque level requirements
of bottles for different applications. Once the appropriate torque is set, bottles
with insufficient torque are automatically rejected to ensure the capping quality.
4 pairs of capping spindles perform additional tightening operations to the
caps, ensuring proper capping for those caps with special screw threads.
